The Challenge
Karora Resources required support to improve underground development performance, ore movement, and workforce capability across multiple sites during a period of rapid operational growth. The project also required stronger emergency response readiness and safety systems to support ongoing production activities.
Our Solution
AZROC deployed experienced underground personnel across bogging, charge-up, and development activities to support site production requirements. We delivered structured training and assessing to strengthen workforce competency and compliance, while also supplying skilled Emergency Response Team personnel to support emergency planning and site readiness.
Our team worked closely with Karora's operational and executive teams to align site-level delivery with production targets, safety priorities, risk controls, and agreed KPIs. AZROC also supported the rollout of enhanced site safety systems and risk mitigation measures.
